Step 1 – Assessment & Examination
We begin with a focused consultation and physical examination to understand your symptoms, medical history and how your pain is affecting day-to-day life.
This helps us identify which structures are likely involved, whether a disc or joint problem is contributing to your symptoms, and whether IDD Therapy is worth considering before more invasive options.
Step 2 – MRI Review & Treatment Planning
We then review a recent MRI scan with you and explain the findings in plain English so you can see what is driving the problem.
Using this information, we decide together whether IDD Therapy is appropriate, and if so, plan treatment at the correct spinal level and with the right clinical goals
Step 3 – Targeted IDD Therapy With Accu SPINA
If IDD Therapy is suitable, treatment is delivered on the Accu SPINA, a computer-controlled system designed to apply gentle, targeted spinal decompression to the affected level.
Sessions are structured to reduce pressure on discs and nerves, improve movement through the segment, and support a more comfortable pattern of spinal function over the course of your programme.
Step 4 – Personalised Rehabilitation & Progress Review
Alongside IDD Therapy, you may receive hands-on treatment, tailored exercises and practical advice to support your recovery between sessions and after the main course of care.
We review your progress regularly, adjust the plan where needed, and focus on helping you build confidence, movement and longer-term self-management beyond the treatment room.
