Our Services

Osteopathy

Western Medical Acupuncture

Western Medical Acupuncture is used to help reduce pain and muscular tension as part of a wider musculoskeletal treatment plan. It is a modern, evidence-informed approach focused on pain relief and function

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy can help reduce muscular tension, improve circulation, support recovery and promote overall well-being. It may be used for both general muscular pain and more targeted soft tissue support.

Exercise Rehabilitation

Exercise Rehabilitation is designed to improve strength, mobility, balance and confidence following injury or persistent pain. Programmes may be delivered in clinic or supported with pract ical home-based guidance.

Diagnostic Imaging Referrals

Where appropriate, we can arrange referral for musculoskeletal ultrasound or private MRI to support diagnosis and treatment planning. Imaging referrals are made following clinical assessment and used to guide clearer, more informed care.

IDD Spinal Decompression Therapy
